Introduction

This summer, I had the delightful opportunity to work in San Francisco at SAP SuccessFactors, a product that focuses on HR management and employee empowerment. While the team has a wide variety of projects and initiatives, my project focused on exploring the re-design of the homepage and the rewards and recognition page which allows employees to give awards to each other as a form of gratitude and promote with employee retainment. All my projects are grounded in user research and I even had the chance to participate in evaluating usability testing! I also played a major role in exploring different visual and motion design, as well as prototyping flows.
